March 1 - May 15, 2023 : Pre-Season Member Appreciation Sign-Up
Members receive a substantial discount and waived registration fees when renewing for the upcoming season. New Members may enroll at the Pre-Season rate but the registration fee applies. For those of you on a monthly membership (with the freeze option) no action is needed except for your Permanent Court Time(s) and/or Round Robin(s) deposit.  Payment is due with the contract.

March 1 : Request a new or changed time PCT or Round Robin
Requests are handled on a first come first served basis after the renewal deadline

April 15 : PCT & RR Renewal Priority Deadline
Renew your Permanent Court Time(s) and/or Round Robin(s) for 2023-24 by April 15. Secure your existing court time(s), or request a new one (first come, first served). Remember: PCTs and RRs do not automatically renew, so be sure to sign up by the deadline.
