POOL RULES

  1. Obey pool monitors at all times to assure pool safety.
  2. The facility is not protected by lifeguards.  Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible person at least 16 years of age. 
  3. County Law: Shoes may not be worn in the pool area. Strollers must be carried to their destination spot. These laws are to minimize bringing street debris into the pool area.
  4. Immediately upon entering, members must register and register guests, if any. Any member who willfully permits the use of pool by an unauthorized person or does not register a guest will lose their swimming privileges and pool fees will not be refunded. Our guest fee policy is to benefit all members. It is to allow you to bring out of town guests and others on special occasions. This is not to regularly bring your neighbors. A guest may only attend the pool 3 times per season. Members are responsible for their guest(s) deportment.
  5. Apply sunscreen at least ten minutes before entering the pool. Many manufacturers recommend application thirty minutes prior to swimming.
  6. Remove chewing gum and band-aids before entering the water.
  7. No running.
  8. No inflated float devices permitted. Water wings are not allowed but Styrofoam bubbles that are strapped or built into swim suits will be allowed with parental supervision.
  9. No jumping off the side of the board. Only one person on the board at a time. Only one bounce off of the board. No backwards dives. No jumping or diving until the previous jumper has cleared to the side of the pool.
  10. Toddler pool may only be used by adult attended children under the age of 6.
  11. County law: Eating and drinking are permitted on wooden deck area only. Glass and alcoholic beverages strictly prohibited at all times. Only clear water in closed containers is allowed on the concrete deck area.
  12. Adult swim is 10 minutes proceeding the hour for people age 16 and up.
  13. Children must be able to swim one lap across the pool. A pool monitor, at any time, may ask a child to swim a lap. If he or she is unable, he or she will be asked to leave.
