The main changes are we can now offer doubles, group lessons and the face covering policy has changed!   Face covering policy is at the bottom of this communication and with the covid mitigation policy.

Regular drills and group lessons resume on January 4, 2021!

Inhouse leagues, Permanent Court Times and Lesson Makeups are ongoing and can now be expanded! The exception being January 1st is just special programming. Links for makeups can be found on our website home page.

Here is the link to monitor for changes in tier.  We are in Region 8.  https://www.dph.illinois.gov/regionmetrics?regionID=1

Permanent Court Times: Tennis Doubles, PCT Lessons and Pickleball:

Once doubles play is allowed to resume, permanent court time captains will be able to select additional court times from the court book at the front desk or via calling 630-355-5600.  The front desk will need to know who the captain is for the PCT and please inform us that it is a makeup.  Preferably, groups will be able to schedule their makeups soon, but we realize that the makeups may be extended into June especially for those who play several times a week or whose schedules are particularly limited.

If you have a permanent court time lesson with a pro, you will need to contact your pro to coordinate your makeup court time with their schedule.

In both cases, cancelation must be made more than 24 hours in advance of the makeup reservation.  Because of these difficult times, makeup courts may be reserved 2 weeks in advance, rather than the 6 day rule.

Inhouse Doubles Leagues – Round Robins and Progressive Groups Choose Your Dates (CYD) Makeups:
Once doubles play is able to resume, we will routinely update the Inhouse League CYD schedule to allow for makeup opportunities.

NITTL Team Drills
Teams will receive a makeup offer through the Signup Genius System similar to how you have been signing up for matches.

Group Lessons
Please use the appropriate Holiday Camp link(s) which can be found by clicking HERE.

USTA JTT - A restart date is pending state approval.

Face Covering:   Tier two requires face coverings at all times except during play.  Although face coverings are not required on court, we ask that you be courteous and consider the requests of other players as much as is possible.  Players with certain medical conditions may prefer their partners wear a face covering and other players with some conditions (such as COPD) may be advised to not wear a face covering or wear a face covering with their nose not covered.
