Club Policies 

Permanent Court Time (PCT) and/or Round Robin (RR) PCT.  Specify if Pickleball!

A Round Robin (RR) is a type of Permanent Court Time (PCT).  PCT contracts are for day and time not a specific court or instructor.  A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT applicable against PCT charges must accompany each player’s reservation, $100 for a singles reservation.  For a non-lesson PCT, the per-court deposit must total at least $200. For a PCT lesson court, the deposit is $100 per member student. Specify if Pickleball! NTC may cancel junior member’s PCT lesson if the junior member is not enrolled in the group lesson program.  I understand that PCT/RR reservation are a full season commitment for the same time each week during the PCT and RR season with the exception of Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day and Christmas and New Year’s Eves after 3 p.m.  PCT or membership of someone in a PCT or on a non-USTA team cannot be cancelled prior to 5/31, but if a PCT group is unable to use the court, and Club is notified, an attempt will be made to sell the time.  If time is sold, credits will be applied.  In contracting for a permanent court time lesson or Pickleball PCT, I agree to the NTC Rate Schedules, incorporated into this contract by reference. 

 

 

The Monthly Payment Option allows freezing months, with advance written notice, by paying half of the monthly amount.  For example Snow Birds might want to freeze their membership from December through March.  (If playing non-USTA teams or receiving Fall lesson member prices, August is not be eligible to freeze.) 

 

* Jr. Excellence Membership is required to participate in our Junior Excellence program.  Participation in the Jr. Excellence Drill & Play includes iCompete Membership & Discounted Walk-ons.

 

Seasonal Junior Memberships (Tennis and Pickleball):  $135  This membership is effective through 5/31/26.  No membership refunds are given for this highly discounted offer.  Prorations:  Memberhip starting Aug 18:  $105, Mar 2:  $85,  April 6:  $55.  There is no registration fee with this membership type.

 

College $75.00, Jan 15: $50 and Hitting Partner $30. Memberships require an application process.  Please email info@napervilletennis.com if interested in being considered. 

 

As a condition of membership, the Applicant/Guardian agrees to pay the registration fee and membership fee stated above, in addition to tennis/pickleball court time and any other Club purchases.  Membership rates are effective June 1, 2025 and are subject to change.

 

The Applicant/Guardian agrees to provide a Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover for the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payment Program.  This program pays in full your account balance from the previous month electronically on the 10th day of each month unless paid by other means prior to the 10th of the month. 

 

In order to cancel a membership, a signed and dated notice expressing that request must be submitted to the Club.  Once the written notice has been received, termination will take effect on the last day of the following month.  Any person who desires to reactivate a cancelled membership will be subject to the full registration fee.  Memberships  cannot be cancelled prior to 5/31  if a member is participating in non-USTA team, or currently with one or more PCTs which include a regular spot in an in-house league.  Drill fees convert to non-member prices if a membership is cancelled.

 

Applicant/Guardian agrees to pay monthly service charges on past due account balances at the rate of .75% per month.  Payment of the service charge is not a substitution for prompt payment. Amounts not paid when due are subject to collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred by NTC and may be collected via credit card/electronic fund transfer (EFT).  A $25 fee will be charged for any checks returned for insufficient funds or credit card/electronic fund transfer (EFT) return charges.  Prices and rules subject to change without prior notice.

 

I grant Naperville Tennis Club the right to take tennis related photographs. I authorize Naperville Tennis Club, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.   No credits are given for unused courts due to weather emergencies, loss of electricity caused by the city of naperville, government restrictions, or acts of god.  I assume all risk of injury and waive all legal rights.  I agree to the Membership Rate and Policies which are incorporated into this contract by reference.

 

Applicant/Guardian has purchased a non-assignable, non-transferable membership which automatically continues with monthly dues until the Applicant or Club cancels the membership contract.

 

I understand The Club may cancel the Applicant’s membership at any time for his/her failure to follow the Club’s rules/regulations or failure to remit timely charge account payments. 

 

My payment of membership and signature below indicates that I have read this entire membership agreement, including the waiver and release and club rules and policies.  Furthermore, by my signature below, I am fully accepting responsibility for my or above said minor’s actions as it pertains to this membership agreement and my or above said minor’s actions as a member of the club.
